Requirements

You may return any new, unopened, and unaltered products within 30 days of purchase for an exchange or full refund. All products must be in their original packaging with all tags, stickers, accompanying manuals, instructions, and accessories. We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:

• Swimsuits, intimate/intimate apparel, hosiery, lingerie, or any other garment that covers an intimate area.
• Sale, Discounted, Buy One Get One (BOGO), or Clearance Items
• Seasonal Items or Costumes
• Jewelry, Fragrance, and Beauty Items

Unless the return is a result of a manufacturer defect or our error (e.g. wrong product was mailed to you), you will be responsible for the return shipping charges.

Procedure

Before returning the item, please request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number by emailing support@emmasdesires.com or filling out our Contact Form. If you decide to email us, please include your order number, items requesting to be returned, and the reason for return. Once you have received your RMA number and return address, please write the number visibly on the outside of the shipping package.

Disclaimer

We reserve the right to request for pictures to verify any claimed damages, defects, or wrong items sent. Upon receipt, all returns will be inspected to ensure conformance with the Requirements provided above. Any items that do not meet Requirements listed above may be refused and returned back to the sender. We reserve the right to impose a restock fee up to 25% where applicable. Our return department will have the sole discretion and final decision on all returns.
